I’m back up and running again with Floristry workshops since Covid. The classes are run in small numbers and weather permitting we can work outside. Classes are suitable for beginners or anyone who has dabbled in Floristry before. Previous students say the class has been very therapeutic, a nice chance to meet like minded people and get away from the stresses of everyday life, especially in the current situation.
The classes are usually held from my garden workshop but I am more than happy to travel to you or come to a venue of your choice.
I hold seasonal workshops throughout the year, such as Halloween and Christmas.
I will demo how to make a bouquet, the tricks of how to spiral the stems and gift wrap the bouquet and show you how to make the water bubble the flowers sit in. You then have a go with my help and get to take the bouquet home you have made.
I will also give you tips on how to keep your flowers fresher for longer.
I can offer 1-1 classes for anyone wanting a complete career change, I can tailor the class to your requirements and whichever path you felt you wanted to take. It’s a really good idea to start with a small group class and she how you get along and then we can discuss what you want to learn.
I also can come to a venue of your choice for a Hen party or Birthday. You can choose what you want to make and any particular colour scheme.
The cost of the small group classes start from £35 with up to 5 people. 1-1 starts from £250 per day depending what you wanted to learn or a 2-1 starts from £150 per day including lunch and refreshments.
